Kentucky pretends 2 undocumented migrants for criminal charges

Louisville, Ky. – A federal jury has charged two undocumented migrants for separate crimes.

The western district of the US lawyer in Kentucky announced the charges on Tuesday.

Vidal Ricardo Murillo-Zuniga, 34 and a citizen of Honduras, was charged with re-occurrence after he was deported. The court files of court files, Murillo-Zuniga, were found in the United States after he was refused, excluded, deported and removed from the country in May 2013.

Roberto Diaz-Jarquin, 35 and a Mexican citizen, was charged by an undocumented migrant for the possession of a firearm. Diaz-Jarquin is accused of having owned six firearms in Jefferson County in November 2023.

According to the United States Western District of the Kentucky office, Murillo-Zuniga could be exposed to a maximum of two years in prison, while Diaz-Jarquin is exposed to a maximum of 15 years in prison.

Both cases are examined by the homeland protection authority.
