Tukwila, Wash. – A postal employee is dead after shooting in the USPS processing and distribution center in Tukwila.

At around 4 p.m., the police from Tukwila and the US post input service responded to calls for shooting in the USPS processing and sales center in the 10700 27th Avenue South.

When the police arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound.

The police provided help until the doctors took over, but he was declared dead at the scene.

The police believe that the suspect and the victim knew each other, but investigate what led to the shootout.

The suspect left the scene and was not found.

The post inspection service can confirm that a postal officer assigned to the facility has died. This is an active examination, and no additional information can be provided.
