Atlanta Trider Jupiter in Tiger Woods' last TGL game of the season – Field Level Media – Professional sports solutions

Atlanta Drive GC opened a close game with six points during the individual game to defeat Jupiter Links GC 9-1 and end on Tuesday in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla, Tiger Woods' first season of TGL.

Woods' Jupiter franchise and Rory McIlroys Boston Common Golf were eliminated from the Playoff dispute on Monday. Atlanta (4-1-0, 8 points) landed as third seeds and will compete in the semi-finals against the Bay Golf Club, the second seed in two weeks.

The other playoff clubs are No. 1 Saatgut Los Angeles Golf Club and No. 4 New York Golf Club, which will meet in the other semi -finals.

Woods and McIlroy was a co -founder of the virtual Golf League and started them in 2025 after the league's debut was pushed back for a year when his specially built facility was damaged by storm winds at the end of 2023.

“I am proud of my teammates, I am proud of what we have built here and the excitement that we could bring to Jupiter and above all for the golf game,” said Woods after the loss in the ESPN show.

Jupiter (1-4-0, 2 points) fell behind three trenches on Tuesday evening in the early 2-0, but climbed to the board when Nick Dunlap, who played on a one-match contract for Atlanta, did a trip outside the borders on the sixth hole. Jupiter “threw the hammer” to double the points on the hole. Instead, Atlanta rejected the hammer and collected the hole for one point.

Atlanta got the point back to the next hole and led a 3-1 lead in singles. After Jupiter Tom Kim had drawn with Atlantas Billy Horschel and Woods by Atlantas Lucas Glover, Max Homa kicked against Dunlap on the Par-3-12. Hole on and hit a bunker. Homa could not save par and Dunlap won the point.

After Horschel Kim had ranked 13th for two points, Jupiter threw the hammer in despair mode to start Woods' fight against Glover in 14th place. When Glover met his tee on 10 feet and changed from the pen, he increased the operation and threw the hammer to increase the value to three points.

Jupiter accepted, but Woods' tea shot sailed well over the green, and Atlanta won the hole.
