Video shows suspicious woman months before she was found dead along the i-95-NBC 6 Südflorida

A man has now been charged every month for the second degree murder after a woman was found dead on the I-95.

In December, 22-year-old Nahomi Cittadini was found naked in a grass area near the Autobahn and Ives Dairy Road. The investigators have charged 29-year-old Lorent Pion in connection with the brutal murder of the woman.

Cittadini's family said the suspect was the victim's friend and he was abusive.

One of these violent attacks was caught on video. The film material from August shows that Cittadini is violently beaten and thrown to the ground by Pion in Miami Beach.

The police came after receiving several calls. Cittadini tells the officials that nothing happened.

“Nobody is fighting,” Cittadini insists on an officer.

“She was afraid because she was threatened. A person who was threatened and was beaten behaves like this,” said Cittadini in response to the video.

Four months later, on December 7, the police said that Cittadini was killed, and her body was found naked on the side of the highway.

On Tuesday, Pion was charged with a second degree murder because of her death. Court files show that Pion – a convicted criminal – was initially accused of not stopping and tightening at the scene to flee.

Last month he sent a letter to a judge in whom he was asked for his charges to be dropped.

“I am innocent, I didn't kill my girl,” he wrote. “It was a car accident and the car that she met and nobody is looking for !!!”

Pion is now in the Broward prison and is expected to be delivered to the gymnast Guilford Knight Correctional Center due to the new indictment.
