Police looking for suspects for a fatal shootout in Puna

(Bivn) – The police are actively looking for the suspect at a deadly shootout, in which a woman in Puna was killed on Tuesday.

According to the police, 28-year-old Isaiah Kaleo Jiaan Fourshey of Mountain View was to be armed and considered dangerous.

The victim of the fatal shootout was identified as a 25-year-old Latisha.



Fourshey is described as part of Hawaiian, 5 foot 10 inches tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

The police described the events in a press release on Tuesday evening:

Shortly after midnight on Tuesday, Puna Patrol Officers reacted to a residence in the Hibiscus Street in Mountain View after a woman called. After Fourshey had been informed that the ex-girlfriend was not there, he took a pistol and shot the caller's husband several times. The man was not impressed by the balls and Fourshey left the area before the police arrived.

While the officers examined the shootout, the police sales received a call from Fourshey's ex-girlfriend who called her sister's residence in the Plumeria Street in Mountain View. She reported that Fourshey had come to the residence, stepped into the front door and shot her and her sister several times to beat her sister.

The responding officials and the Hawai'i fire brigade immediately responded to the residence in Plumeria Street and began trying to try life-saving measures for the victim later at Latisha.

Soares was taken to the Hilo Benioff Medical Center by ambulance, where it was declared dead at 2:03 a.m.

The staff of the criminal examination section in region I reacted to the residence of Plumeria Street in order to continue the examination, which is examined as a second degree murder and raised first degree murder.

In the course of the investigation, detectives learned that Fourshey lived in a residence in the Hibiscus Street.
