Florida opens criminal investigations against Tate Brothers

Florida has initiated a criminal investigation by the British-American influencer Andrew and Tristan Tate, who flew from Romania to the state last week, where they were exposed to rape and charges for human trafficking.

James Uthmeier, Attorney General of Florida, said that the investigators had issued search commands and lectures as part of a “now active” investigation.

In the United States, the brothers also look in front of a woman's civilian situation who claimed that she was forced to sex work, and then differentiated them after giving evidence to the Romanian authorities. They emphatically deny all allegations against them.

Andrew Tate, a former kickboxer and self-described women's enemy, who appeared on the British TV show Big Brother, has millions of followers online.

The 38 -year -old Andrew and his brother Tristan, 36, are charged in Great Britain in the UK for rape and human trade. They also deny these accusations.

Uthmeier, a Republican, said in the statement on Tuesday: “Last week I instructed my office to work with our law enforcement partners to carry out a preliminary investigation according to Andrew and Tristan.

“Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I have instructed the office of national law enforcement to carry out search commands and to issue lectures in the now active criminal examination of the Tate brothers.”

The lawyer of Brothers, Joseph McBride, later published an explanation of the investigation on Tuesday.

“Today Attorney General James Uthmeier threw the ethics law out of the window when he publicly took a page in a current lawsuit in Florida in which Andrew and Tristan act sued a woman in Florida to orchestrate a demanding conspiracy to use sex as a weapon,” was the statement.

Mr. McBride described the general prosecutor's comments as “inflammatory” and “biased”.

The crime was first arrested in Romania in December 2022. Andrew was accused of rape and human trade and Tristan, which human trafficking was suspected. They moved from Great Britain to Romania a few years ago.

They both denied the indictment and spent several months under house arrest. A year later, in August 2024, they looked new allegations, including sex with minors and minors who deny them all.

The crime should return to Bucharest at the end of March to satisfy the conditions of the prosecutors. However, it is too early to say whether they will follow.

The police in the English county of Bedfordshire are still looking for Andrew's delivery in separate and non -related allegations of rape and human trafficking as well as tax evasion.

In Great Britain, four British women in front of Andrew Tate in front of the country's Supreme Court submitted a civil proceedings and claimed that he also raped them and compulsively checked what they also deny.

These plaintiffs said it was clear that he was not subject to criminal prosecution in Romania and appealed to the British authorities to take measures.
