The Suburban Chicago cremator examines in front of a follower who was examined in front of a follower

A facility in Chicago in South Suburban Chicago is examined by the state after the process found that he is stored arbitrary human remains In a trailer outside, and it turns out that it is not the first time that the facility had violations.

CBS News Chicago received records with Heights Crematory in Chicago Heights. These violations came long before the CBS News Chicago investigators received photos of a source that was recorded in a trailer in which corpses were kept.

The trailer is on the property of Heights, and the photos show that deceased people, some of whom are wrapped in leaves or clear plastic bags, protrude with their faces and parts of the body.

When CBS News Chicago tried to talk to Heights Crematory Clark Morgan about photos of bodies that were kept on his property in this trailer, he refused to comment. The investigators of CBS News Chicago wanted Morgan to explain the conditions in his operation.

CBS News Chicago has now learned that the regulatory authorities of the State of Illinois Height have repeatedly warned of violations. The crematorium was cited last July after the state found a “corpse in a broken fridge” and “waiting six to seven bodies to be cremated on the main floor” and said: “This is a violation.”

Morgan was then warned again in October. State supervisory authorities wrote “Conditions there were unacceptable.” However, notes show that the state was willing to “give them another chance of improving things before we take legal steps against the crematorium license”.

In a document it continues that the facility and the trailers had to be cleaned and the body had to be inserted into the corresponding containers.

After that “improving another chance”, Heights Crematory was hit again. Two months later, in December, another quote for a violation of a container container, and the crematorium received 30 more days to fix the problem.

But just two months later in February, a source CBS News Chicago delivered the photos in the trailer.

The Illinois Funeral Directors Association has sent CBS News Chicago an explanation in which he received a tip about the same trailer last month. At that time, the organization announced that it submitted a formal complaint to the Illinois Compotroller's Office, and informed the state that it was deeply shocked and annoyed by the reported abuse of these deceased people.

The crematorium also agreed to close its business activities during the current investigation by the Illino's Competroller office. The latest shutdown began on February 19.

Heights agreed to accept no further bodies during the examination. But heights are allowed to put on the remaining bodies in its inventory – but only with the daily supervision of state supervisory authorities.
