A video of a man who claimed that a male passenger kissed him on a train without his consent while he was sleeping has become viral on social media.

The now viral clip shows that the man beat the passenger because he supposedly kissed it. The defendant, who was sitting on a lower berth, admitted to the crime and even said he did it because he “felt like it”.

The video recorded by the man shows him with the passenger. The train seems to be overcrowded in the video when several passengers are equipped with the lobby and others over the seats.

According to reports, the male passenger's wife tried to play down the situation when she asked the man several times to “let go”.

“This man, who was sitting here, kissed me violently while I was asleep. This happened before everyone, but nobody comes to my support,” says the man in the video and adds: “The wife of the male passenger asks me to let go. But I don't let it slide”.

In fact, he also questioned the crowd whether they had reacted differently if a woman had been in his place. “If this had happened to your wife, would you still 'let it'?” He asked when the male passenger murmured an apology.

The situation intensified as the man, outraged by the lack of support from other passengers, and decided to take the matter into his own hands. The video shows how he grabs the male passenger on the collar and pulls him out of his place.

The passenger's wife tried to intervene and asked for mercy, but the man pushed her aside and beat the passenger several times.
