Texas 10 most searched criminal illegal immigrants captured in San Antonio | South Texas

San Antonio, Texas – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has announced the arrest of Clarence Enyi MFOR, a 37-year-old criminal illegal immigrant from Cameroon in San Antonio. MFor was arrested on March 2 by DPS special agents of the Texas Anti-Gang Center.

MFor was on the 10 most desired illegal immigration list in Texas and has been searched for sexual assault in Bexar County since January 2025, according to a press release from the DPS. The US immigration and customs authority (ICE) had previously arrested in California in 2019 due to extraterrestrial inadmissibility and in May 2023 again in San Antonio for failure of an immigration visa.

The arrest does not lead to a reward of crime stopers, as the DPS stated. Texas Crime Stopper, financed by the governor's public security office, offers cash rewards for information that leads to the arrest of people in Texas '10 most searched lists. So far, 13 refugees have been recorded in 2025, including three sex offenders and four criminal illegal immigrants, with $ 20,000 being paid for tips.

To get cash premiums, tips must be submitted via the Crime Stopper Hotline, the DPS website or the DPS Facebook page. All tips remain anonymous and tippers receive a typing number instead of using your name.

The DPS works with local law enforcement authorities to select refugees for the most searched lists of Texas 10 that can be displayed on the DPS website. The authorities warn of trying to grasp these refugees because they are considered armed and dangerous.
