The first episode of the BHA podcast shows an interview with the reigning CEO Brant Dunshea | Bha

The British Pferneracing Authority (BHA) starts on Thursday, March 6, a brand new podcast with interviews with high -ranking managers within the organization. It is hosted by broadcaster Nick Lightfoot, who is reported that she should have a complete editorial independence.

Each episode should bring listeners to the BHA and provide detailed discussions about the most important topics of sport and the listeners are better informed about the work of the organization and the people behind it.

In order to ensure editorial integrity and credibility, Lightfoot's questions are shared in the BHA before the interviews. The listeners are also asked to ask questions in future episodes that are to be asked directly to relevant BHA numbers.

The first episode of the podcast contains interviews with Greg Swift (Director of Communications and Public Affairs) and Victoria Morgan (Head of Politics and Interest Representation) as well as the incumbent CEO Brant Dunshea. The topics treated include the political engagement work of sport, the preservation of the social license and the considerations for the first year of the Premier Racing.

Robin Mounsey, BHA leader of the communication, said: “We present the BHA Podcast at a time when there are many problems that affect the sport through which the people want to hear the BHA views. Racing has a large and high -ranking fan base that wants to understand the work of the BHA. Our goal when starting this podcast is to increase the visibility and accountability obligation to lead the BHA. This podcast only one step. “

Lightfoot added: “This is an exciting project, and I am very happy to be a part. I would not have taken over this position if I had been given concerns about the editorial integrity of the process and had worked with the BHA team for a few months to get to this position. I am completely satisfied that I will be able to really challenge my respondents, and that this will give an appealing and informative listening for everyone who gives a chance. “

The Bha Podcast can now be subscribed to Spotify and Apple Podcasts, YouTube music, Audible and Acast. Hearers can submit questions for future episodes by sending podcast@britishhorsage.com by e -mail.
