According to the news agency PTI, Education Minister Ashish Sood made it clear on Tuesday that the procedure was carried out completely transparently and in front of parents and media representatives.

The state education minister claims that up to 2.5 LAKH applications were taken and 38,000 students are approved by a drawing of land.
