March 5 (Upi) – The Las Vegas Raiders signed Maxx Crosby for a contract extension of $ 106.5 million, the largest that was ever handed over to a non-quarterback in NFL history, his agency announced on Wednesday.

The four-time per bowl selection was under contract by 2026, but this business did not include any more guaranteed money. His new pact, which is for three years, includes guarantees of 91.5 million US dollars.

“My focus is on winning and the best player and managers I can be,” said Crosby at a press conference in Henderson, Nev.

“I will still be here every day and use the work … if I am retired, if this day is, I might be going to go on a few more vacation.

The 27 -year -old Crosby joined the Raiders in the fourth round in the 2019 NFL design. He achieved a total of 59.5 sacks through his first 95 appearances in the league. In 2023, Crosby scored a career high of 14.5 bags. He logged in 7.5 sacks in 2024, but finally lost with an ankle injury for the season.

Crosby said reporters on Wednesday that he was “closer” to be completely healthy.

“This program is based on the competition,” said Raiders coach Pete Carroll. “And we are always persecuted to find great competitors who help us build up a great team. There is no way to find someone who is more focused and directed and has committed to give everything he has, every opportunity he will get.

“So that we can make this statement perfect today. We are so proud that Maxx is part of the organization.”
