The US Coast Guard fails Russian citizens, migrants from the Dominican Republic

A group of Russian citizens and migrants from the Dominican Republic was intercepted in the US waters and, according to the coast guard, handed over to the immigration and border patrol authorities.

The coast guard said that Puerto Rico's law enforcement agencies were discovered the 20-foot boat in Panga-style about three nautical miles off the coast of Aguadilla, a city on the northwestern tip of Puerto Rico, on Friday, February 28th and alerted the Maritime agency.
