2 charged with the death of 3 men

Kansas City, Mo (KCTV) – Three men died more than a year ago, found in the back yard and on a veranda on the night of a chief game.

Clayton McGeey, Ricky Johnson and David Harrington were found dead on January 9, 2024 in a house near Northwest Waukomis Drive and the Northwest Barry Road.

The prosecutor of Platte County, Eric Zahn, accused Jordan Willis and Ivory Carson with:

  • Delivery of a controlled substance (two counts)
  • Involuntary homicide (three counts)

A likely document showed that McGeey, Johnson and Harrington died of a combined toxicity of fentanyl and cocaine.

A lawyer who represented Willis said KCTV5 last year that Willis had nothing to do with deaths.

“Jordan is not aware of how his friends died. Like the rest of us, Jordan is waiting for the results of the autopsy and toxicologist. In the name of Jordan and his family, we would like to express our deepest sympathy to the friends and family members of these young men, and our thoughts and prayers are with them, ”said John Picerno during an interview in 2024.

He also said that Willis allowed the official to search his house when she arrived at his front door. Picerno said Willis' friends parked her cars on the street and he only saw her after the police arrived.

Willis, who had lived in the house in Northland, left the house last year.

The bonds for Willis and Carson were set at 100,000 US dollars.

The public prosecutor's office of Platte County has announced that the case will continue to be examined.
