Head of Cape Girardeau non -profit organization for suspected bodily harm for criminal charges

Cape Girardeau, Mo. (KFVS) – The leader of a non -profit organization in Cape Girardeau is suspended before a suspected attack.

According to court documents, Allison Miles is charged with a third degree for domestic bodily harm.

Miles is the founder and president of Street Level in Cape Girardeau, a group that, according to his Facebook page, “is dedicated to the support of the homelessness of humans to support, support and one -matters for the surviving atticlessness”.

The alleged attack occurred on February 17, but the investigators found out on Thursday, February 27, when they said, the victim reported the police's incident.

According to a probable cause, the victim “clearly” explained to the authorities at the time of the alleged attack under the influence of methamphetamines.

The investigators say that the victim also managed to record the attack on their cell phone.

An initial court appearance for Miles is not yet planned.

KFVS12 turned to other members of Street Level for a comment, but has not yet heard.
