A cool start for our Thursday, but later warm up this week

Lake Charles, La. (KPLC) – It will be quite cool on Thursday morning with temperatures far below the normal value.

First alarm forecast(KPLC)

The wind should let go overnight and quickly fall in combination with clear heavenly temperatures. We will start our Thursday with deep stalls in the upper 30s to low 40s via SWLA. Obviously, the coolest temperatures north of I-10 will be. As soon as the sun appears, we will see a warmth trend that climbed back in the 1960s.

Southern winds return late Thursday when the high pressure moved to our east. And Friday morning will be warmer due to this. Friday will be much warmer in the afternoon, even if clouds are nearby, the highest stalls will reach the mid -1970s.

Another cold front will bring rain to SWLA on Saturday, although it does not look as a complete washing out. However, if you have outdoor plans, it would be a good idea to have an interior alternative if rain is spread further. There may be some thunderstorms, but not as strong as what we saw on Tuesday.

The front will bring another round of cooler air for the second half of the weekend at the beginning of next week. The lows will be back in the 40s in the 1960s. A warm trend begins at the middle of the week before another cold front on Wednesday or Thursday in the next week.
