A community gathers in a Mexican restaurant in Ohio after a customer has left a hateful message on a receipt.

A waiter in Czuelas Mexican Cantina served a customer and her family when it happened.

“Apparently this lady came in and Ricardo, a great person, took care of her. He only works one day a week that is Sunday. He has two jobs,” said Fabio Oribo with Cuela's Mexican Cantina.

They said that after the woman and her family had gone, they found a receipt at the table, but instead of a tip, the woman wrote a hateful message with the inscription “I hope Trump deports.”

“It's just not right. Just not right,” said Oribo.

One of the other servers took a photo of the receipt and posted it on social media. Since then it has become viral to get thousands of likes in less than one day.

“We never expected the viral or this reaction to be grateful or that the community is really supportive,” said Oribo.

The restaurant's servers say that they plan to come next time when Ricardo works and makes the day special for him.

“This is just a room to be inclusive, and there is no room for hate in Czuelas,” said Oribo.

The NBC subsidiary WCMH reported that the woman who left the message on her receipt is a broker in Columbus. A spokeswoman for Century 21 announced WCMH that she was no longer connected to the brand and that her social media have been deleted since then.
