Other victims are created as a man from Florida who was arrested for child abuse

A growing number of victims has stepped forward after a man in Florida was arrested for long -term sexual abuse by two children.

The Marion County Sheriff's Office (McSO) said that on February 21, she arrested the 62-year-old Geraldo Rivera-Serrano and accused him of six cases of indecent or lascivious harassment of a child of a child who was involved in older than 12 and a count of a child.

The investigation began on February 6, when McSO became aware of allegations with two young victims who reported sexual abuse in the long term. The victims announced that Rivera-Serrano would insulate them in cases of abuse, which was misleading on the actions as “games” or “tickling”. He supposedly told the children that keeping abuse would prevent him from causing anyone else.

He was taken to Marion County's prison, where he was captured without bond.

McSO explained that additional allegations arose after his arrest.

Detective Osthed continued to examine and discovered more victims to confirm the previous allegations. This new information matched the established pattern of care and victim, which were shown by Rivera-Serrano, and further underpinned the claims of the initial victims.

On March 3, Rivera-Serrano was charged with further harassment counts, including two counts in which children under the age of 12 and a count of indecent or lascivious battery were involved.

Rivera-Serrano remains in custody in the course of the investigation, and the authorities ask everyone with further information to report.
