Arrests that were filmed in the Hollywood Road NW Store in January

The Atlanta police arrested three suspects who were connected to the Hollywood Road NW with a deadly shootout. Two were found in Michigan, another in Georgia.

Atlanta – Three suspects were arrested in the northwest of Atlanta in connection with a fatal shootout in January.

The shootout occurred on January 17 at 11:03 p.m. in the Hollywood Road NW 1097, the address of the MH supermarket. Officers who reacted to the scene found an 18-year-old man who was in a parking lot and was shot several times. Shortly afterwards, medical staff arrived and declared him dead at the scene.

After an investigation, the police identified three suspects in connection with the murder.

  • The 18 -year -old Tremon Palmer and Damarion Benson (19) were arrested on March 5, 2025 in Romeo, Michigan, with the support of the United States Marshals Service.
  • The 19 -year -old Jabral Rice was found on March 1 in the Houston County prison.

Charge against the suspects

  • Palmer is charged with murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
  • Benson is charged with murder, serious bodily harm, armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the inspection of a crime, a conspiracy to inspect and manipulate evidence.
  • Rice is charged with murder, serious bodily harm, armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the inspection of a crime, a conspiracy to commit a crime and manipulation of evidence.

The police said all three suspects are delivered to Atlanta to raise charges.

The authorities have not published any further details about the circumstances that lead to the shootout. The examination continues.
