4 people are looking for a medical smell for the examination of Adams County County

Denver – Four people were looking for medical treatment on Thursday morning when Adams County Fire Rescue said it would examine a suspicious smell in an apartment complex.

Adams County Fire received a call on Thursday at 2:30 a.m. and reported a man who sprayed an unknown substance in the building., Sergeant Adam Sherman told the Sheriff of Adams County to Denver7. The man was taken to the hospital.

The apartment complex was evacuated and four other people took the hospital. There is still no update about their conditions.

A person who was in hospice supply and needed a stable environment for their condition was also taken to the hospital.

Firefighters entered the building to dab the walls, said Adams County Fire shortly after 5:30 a.m. to test the Hazmat team. According to the Adams County Sheriff's Office, there were no fires or explosions.

According to Adams County Fire, Xcel Energy was on site as part of the examination.
