Man who was arrested in connection with criminal property in Manhattan

Manhattan, Kan. (Wibw) – A man was arrested in Manhattan on Wednesday evening in connection with crimes, including criminal damage, domestic battery and possession of marijuana, said the Riley County police.

The arrested man was identified as Amari Oshae Bailey (21) from Manhattan.

Riley County police officer said Bailey was arrested on Wednesday at 5:37 p.m. in the 500 block of the Brookmont Drive in the northeast of Manhattan.

Officials said Bailey had been arrested because of the likely cause, interference in a law enforcement officer; Criminal damage to property; Possession of drug utensils; Possession of marijuana; and house battery.

The total bond for Bailey was set at 9,000 US dollars.
