Appeals court raises James Staene Staene murder

James Irven Staley III. In connection with the death of 2-year-old Jason Wilder McDaniel, an appellate court in Texas was canceled.

Officials of the district of Wichita confirmed the second court of appeal in Fort Worth, Staley's condemnation on Thursday and ordered a new procedure against stale.

In March 2023, a jury from Fort Worth sentenced his girlfriend to have killed his girlfriend's son after the process of Wichita County. Since he was convicted of capital murder, he was automatically sentenced to life imprisonment without probation.

John Gillespie, district prosecutor of Wichita County, published an explanation on the decision on Thursday afternoon.

“I am extremely disappointed with the decision of the Court of Appeal to reverse James Staley's conviction, and I do not agree to the decision,” said Gillespie in the statement. “The fight is not over, this is only the beginning. We will exhaust every available appeal option, including the petition of the Texas Court, to restore the conviction.”

Gillespie said if his office cannot set the conviction again: “Then we will try the case again and get it a second time. I started fighting.”

The Texas judicial court, the highest court for criminal matters in Texas, checks cases at the judge that are similar to the Supreme Court of the United States.

According to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Staley was held on Thursday in the Clements Unit in Amarillo without a publication date.

The most recent decision of the Second Court of Justice does not mean that Staley will automatically be released from prison. There are procedures for this and it will be due to a dish.

StaLey is the sprout of a prominent family of Wichita Falls Oil.

The murder process was postponed to a change in the event location due to the intensive media and social media reporting on death. In addition, a “justice for wilder” rose in the two years before the indictment in front of staley.

Staley was condemned in a bedroom in a bedroom with stalley in the neighborhood of the Country Club on October 11, 2018 for suffocation with a pillow in his crib.

He was arrested in October 2020, but remained free of charge with a deposit of 1.2 million US dollars.

He was taken into custody immediately after the return of the judgment, but said: “I didn't kill Wilder McDaniel” when he was tied up with handcuffs.

The explanation solved the scream from “Yes, you did it!” from Wilders family members and supporters to court.

Staley's appointment is an arrest warrant that claims his lawyer Keith Hampton, violating the protection of the fourth change from inappropriate searches and seizures.

Hampton called it Slheddy, “Stock kettle plate” and invalid.

The decision of the Court of Appeal that the details of the decision could be made was not immediately available on Thursday afternoon.

Wilder's mother, Amber Nichole McDaniel, owed himself guilty, endangered a child and to manipulate evidence in connection with death. She was sentenced to two years in a state prison.
