Dramatic video shows neo-Nazi attack on the 20-year-old man

Nashville, Tenn. (WTVF) dramatic video, which was preserved by New Schannel 5, shows why a Canadian neo-Nazi is now on the streets of Nashville with new charges for an attack in July.

This video, which was recorded by a group of neo -Nazis itself, led to new charges that were submitted against Ryan McCann last month. The 30-year-old Ontario man was already facing a serious indictment for his confrontation with a bartender in Nashville.

McCann was part of the so -called Goyim Defense League, which New Schannel 5 Investigations During the extended visit to the neo -Nazis last summer, confronted in Nashville.

Armed with the Nazis flags and pushed into the air with the Nazi greeting, the group tried to provoke people with protests in the city center, in a local synagogue and on an interstate of Nashville.

The newly preserved video shows another incident that the police occurred on the night of July 13th in a dark parking lot in 10th Avenue South.

It shows the neo-Nazis that surround a shirtless 20-year-old man and mocked, who was standing next to a pickup. The Goyim Defense League gang suggested that the man was Jewish.

“Do you see the six in your nose?” One of the neo -Nazis asked to point to the man and refer to an anti -Semitic ethnic stereotype about the shape of a Jewish nose.

“You see it? There are six.”

McCann was one trade with the victim.

“Will you do something? Will you do something?” The 20-year-old asked.

“No, you will call as if you're going to do something,” replied McCann.

Finally, the man who had surrounded the Goyim Defense League told them that they should kick “rocks”.

“You have a few balls, brother,” said one of the neo -Nazis to the man. “But you should really get rid of the white guilt.

The man then asked: “Go away from the truck. Thank you. I don't like people near the truck.”

“Is it your truck?” One followed.

“Yes.”

One of the neo -Nazis shot back: “It's not his truck.”

Then McCann invited the man to touch him, and the man seemed to believe that everything was a joke.

“You are lucky,” said the group of the group, who broke out in laughter.

Then McCann suddenly turned around and hit his elbow against the man's head. McCann then kicked the man who tried to run away.

One of the neo-Nazis bodies torn the victim in his truck, as others called: “Don't jump, don't jump, don't jump.”

McCann chased the man around the truck.

“Back the F ***,” the man called. “Back the F ***.”

The video is not clear if he might swing a kind of weapon, but the neo -Nazis withdrew. After the victim had extended, the Goyim Defense League celebrated.

“He was touched first,” said one and suggested that McCann answered self -assist.

“White F *** Ing Power, brother,” called another than the neo -Nazis delivered their stiffly armed groups.

“Sh*t! I have this capable elbow on the M ***** f *** he!

When the group laughed, a bearded neo -Nazi broke that he wanted to do more.

“I tried to grab him and they said 'don't jump him,” said the man, broke out into a growl. “I would have forced the King that M ***** f *** out.”

This comes as McCann's lawyer, Olin Baker, tries to convince the criminal judge Steve Dozier to dismiss another indictment that was accused of using the incident that McCann was accused of the next day, to use the poles of his Nazis flag to attack a bartender in the city center.

In a hearing last week, Baker found that the video from the second incident on July 14, the bartender, Deago Buck, threw the first blow when the neo -Nazis took the street.

The public prosecutor does not require any charges against Buck, and Baker has submitted an application to dismiss the indictment against McCann on the basis of the selective law enforcement.

“The only party here that followed the law was Mr. McCann. He was attacked, and then he was charged because of his unpopular speech. That is all that happened,” said Baker to New Schannel 5 Investigations.

Video reviewed by New Schannel 5 Investigations Shows Buck, who beats another man, not McCann.

The video shows Ryan McCann, the bartender Dego Buck with the flag mast of his Nazi flag Jabbing Jabbing Jabbing.

In an earlier hearing, however, the prosecutors found that Buck tried to run away and was persecuted by the neo -Nazis.

Then the video McCann shows with the flagpole before someone pulled it away.

McCann's lawyer hopes that the judge will decide that this is only a man with unpopular opinions who defend himself and his friends.

Another hearing for this application is planned for next week.
