ICE arrested nine criminals in Houston for sex crimes | Upper Golf Coast

Houston, Texas – The US immigration and customs authority (ICE) arrested nine people in the Houston area between 24 and 28 and 28, all of whom are charged with sexual offenses or have convicted them and are subject to their removal from the USA. The arrests were part of a coordinated effort in which several agencies were involved, including the US marshal service and the Texas Ministry of Public Security.

“Our local communities are more secure as a direct sequence of these targeted enforcement efforts,” said those responsible for Ice Homeland Security Investigations Houston Special Agent Chad Plantz. “In just five days, we were able to quickly locate and remove these criminals before they could prove themselves again to locate and remove them quickly before they could prove themselves again, quickly locate and remove them if they work with our federal and state partners and use the unique investigative authorities of HSI to examine children from the community.”

The arrests included a 39-year-old from El Salvador, who was charged with continuous sexual attacks by a minor, a 61-year-old from Mexico who was previously convicted of severe sexual attacks by a minor, and a 55-year-old from Cuba with a previous conviction due to severe sexual attacks. Other people came from Vietnam, the Philippines and Cuba with convictions from sexual battery to indecency with a minor.
