WWE announces Match with Edge and Mick Foley as a 42nd largest wrestlemania match ever

The Wrestlemania season is just around the corner and WWE looks at the biggest games of all time. The appearance of No. 42 is a match with two Hall of Famers, Edge and Mick Foley.

Last week, WWE shared several videos about the largest wrestlemania games on his YouTube channel. So far, the company has risen from 49 to 43 and recently announced 42nd.

As already mentioned, the match in question contains Edge and Mick Foley. The two had a long-term rivalry in 2006 and reached wrestlemania 22. In the Allstatian Arena in Illinois they got head in a hardcore match.

In view of the fact that he is often considered King of Harcore, it was assumed that Mick Foley was ahead. Edge defeated foley in shocking turn in his own game and prevailed and survived all horrors. This included barbed wire, thumbtacks and of course the highlight of the game to save foley through a flame table.

It was an incredible match that really deserves to be number 42. Some even like to say that it sets the standard for what hardcore games should look like.

Edge was recently involved in another hard match in AEW

It has been a while since Edge WWE left left and brought his talents to the rival AW transportation. The evaluation R superstar joined the company under the name Comes and has been under Tony Khan's Banner for almost two years.

He was recently involved in a match that resembles his hardcore fight with Mick Foley. Cope has teamed up with Switchblade Jay White at AEW Grandslam Australia. There he took over the death riders Claudio Castagnoli and Jon Moxley in a Brisbane Brawl Match.

Although it wasn't as “hardcore” as a hardcore match, it was still quite violent because Cope Moxley repeatedly defeated at a point with a steel chair wrapped with barbed wire.

Unfortunately, he could not win this time because the game about the decision of the referee ended in favor of the death riders. Nevertheless, it shows that Adam Copeland still has it even at 51.
