Share Casas If a new side of his swimming shows, deserves medium traces in the 'a' finale in the preliminaries and also wins the final. This morning he earned the top seed on 24.93. He only went faster with his 24.23 tonight to break Hunter ArmstrongPSS record from 24.30.

Historically, Casas has to struggle in the preparations and missed the “A” legally a few times and then turned around and won an exceptionally quick time to win the “B” legally. At both events this morning he qualified in the top three and easily secured a place in the 'a' final, and at night he was still swimming faster. We saw how this new page appeared at the Olympic exams last summer when he qualified for the final in 200 in 200 in the 2nd place in 200.

Casas' time tonight was best all his life in the case of 24.00, but it was his second fastest swimming that was ever in the event.

He also won the 100 free, only a few events earlier and reached 48.31 to win the event with two tenths of a second.
