Man killed and three injured in Seaford Shooting | News

Seaford, Del. – The Delaware State Police examines a fatal shootout that took place on Wednesday in the Nutterpark in Seaford and was dead and a man injured.

The police reacted to the park in the 712 Collins Avenue at 4:24 p.m. after he had received reports on shots. When the officials arrived, they found a 23-year-old man from Seaford who suffered from gunshot wounds. Rescue workers tried life -saving measures before transporting to a nearby hospital where he died of his injuries. His identity is held back until his family is notified.

Two other men aged 19 and 21 arrived in a nearby hospital with gunshot wounds that were not life -threatening. According to the DSP, a third 23-year-old man also looked for medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries in connection with the shootout.

According to investigators, violence broke out in a big struggle when unknown shooters opened fire. Due to the severity of the case, the Seaford police applied for the support of the murder unit of the state police in Delaware, which took over the investigation. As a result, the school district of Seaford shifted to asynchrons for Thursday.
