David Andrews' clock ended when the patriots publish him

So I hoped that this moment would play:

But too often professional football doesn't work that way. Although practically everyone who takes care of the patriots or even has the least respect for the men who spend their career to do the dark, ungrateful, dirty work that has more than 60 times a game inside the offensive line that the end for Patriot Legend could be close to David Andrews:

… it is still a bitter pill when this moment finally comes.

At this time of year there is no Turk who appears in a gender of a man and tells him: “Trainer wants to see you. Bring your game book with you.” (I know that everything is now being done on a tablet; stop correcting me.) Nobody who throws all your personal things into a strong bag and passes it on when the security looks you. It is probably done with a call or zoom and not a text. But the net effect is the same. In the eyes of the people, the only goal of finding the best possible team, they have given their useful purpose. There is someone who is younger and possibly better, although it is most likely cheaper to take their place. Just like you took an older man. It is a circle of life.

Nevertheless, it is shit. Especially when it is someone who is estimated as general as Andrews. Team captain. Member of the two ring club. The fixed Adamantium block, which served as the peak of the offensive line of the Pats during some of their top years. A guy who grabbed the ball almost 4,000 times to Tom Brady in the Super Bowl playing times from 2016-18. Then it went against the Rams with a dominant performance in the Super Bowl. Andrews had 41 Passing snapshots and only gave up two pressure. That day, the Rams made Aaron Donald (at the height of his forces), Ndamukong Suh, Michael Brockers and Dante Fowler only five overall printing, a QB goal and zero bags.

The Super Bowl before? Andrews had 54 Pass blocking snapshots against a relentless Eagles Pass Rush and only gave up two pressure when Brady went 505 yards at loss.

And yet Andrew's best hour (closer to four hours) against Atlanta in Super Bowl Li. And as the games just mentioned would show, he just started.

Andrews played a total of nine seasons in 10 years. Missed blood clots throughout the 2019 season, came back and restored in the second part of the dynasty as one of the best, most reliable and most respected team leaders. And beyond. Not bad for a UDFA from Georgia. I never understood what the scouts missed in him. I only know that he is missing. Until the Patriots Hall of Fame in his first year of justification. Godspeed.
