The examination of Bay FC uses Cloud via the upcoming NWSL season

According to Ann Killion, the NWSL examination of the NWSL in Bay FC is a “further disturbing development” for the league, which has been “plagued by concerns about coaching abuse and poisonous cultures for years”. The league initiated an independent investigation by the association “due to allegations of the misconduct of the coaching staff after the Bay FC player complained about bullying and a toxic environment”. The current allegations focus primarily on coach Albertin Montoya. One of the “disturbing developments” is that the team initially denied “to maintain complaints from players and later approved to check and finally clarify a complaint last summer”. Killion: “That looks like either a cover -up or an extreme nonchalance from those responsible.” The league initiated its investigation last Thursday. The next day, the NWSL commissioner Jessica Berman said: “After the joint examination in December 2022, we are very confident. Killion: “If the league process is so wonderful, why have those responsible record via Bay FC complaints that were recorded after a tip line after this examination? ““ Bay FC opens a new season on Saturday “Under the cloud of an external investigation” and the NWSL opens one season with another scandal. Killion: “Which procedures and systems have been undertaken does not seem to work exactly” (SF Chronicle, 3/11).

Mass control: Montoya “refused to comment on the details of the case” when she appealed to reporter on Tuesday, but “the trust expressed that the expansion franchise had smoothed out the kink in the second year”. He said, “The energy is incredible.” In San Jose, Evan Webeck found that this was a “different mood” than that in an SF chronicle report last week, in which “a 'poisonous' culture under Montoya” was detailed, which prompted Berman to confirm the league's request last Friday. The news of Montoya's investigation came: “Only weeks after the club had canceled the attitude of its scouting director, which was accused of having abused his players orally at his previous stop.” According to the Chronicle, Montoya Was “Named in Two Complaints of 'Bullying.”San Jose Mercury News, 3/11).
