Inspired by the diabetic father, the juice recipes of Bangladeschi in Ramadan Viral are

The inspiration to create the recipes came from his late father.

“He was about 75 years old at the time. And he began to reject all types of fruits. So I started creating different combinations of fruits and making them new every day to make a new juice, ”Saudagar told Arab News.

When he mixed new ingredients, his father enjoyed guessing them to taste and looking forward to the juice game the next day.

To ensure that his father consumed the beneficial, Saudagar consulted his doctors and looked for help from nutritionists while preparing new mixtures.

The juices initially began to reach a wider audience a few months later when Saudagar married and suggested his wife to record the recipes.

“We started to examine what type of dishes to use to cut the fruits, which fruits we should buy, what are the best fruit combinations. We talked about it every evening and started doing various juices every day, ”he said.

Your first viral mix was inspired by a Goa lemon juice, which you tried at the fast chain Nando. Saudagar remembered that it was with yogurt, mint and lime to which he added some vanilla ice cream.

“It was a great time. People started to love it. They tried it at home and said: “Oh man, that's like the original Goa lemon,” he said.

“I didn't have the recipe. I just tried to do it and it happened. The Goa lemon video was (viewed) of around 2 million people. “

During the persecution of a corporate career, Saudagar only did the videos in his free time, but tried to do more, especially during fasting when his fans inspired him.

“Shortly before the day Ramadan began: 'Brother, when does Saudagar come? When do you make new juice? When do you make new recipes? “, He said.

“Every day, people commented and answered my contributions: 'I am waiting for the new recipe, new video. But the best comment was: “Brother, I think Ramadan is incomplete without her videos.”

Since he started with the project, Saudagar has recorded over 70 videos. While he may have to explore new local fruits, as he has already tried with most of them, he will try to develop some fruit base in this fast month.

“I'm still researching how to do it,” he said. “That should be a new thing. I would also like to add more smoothies to help you with the health and digestion of stomach. You have to be healthy during Ramadan. “
