Unsigned senior spotlight: miles and leaks

At the beginning of each new year, Phenom Hoop is working to put together a number of articles that concentrate in the senior class for non -signed prospects. Last season, over a hundred players from North Carolina played Division I, II, III or Naia (with several others examining the JUCO path). This number probably seems to increase with the current senior class. Usually we try to highlight boys that college coaches are not recruited or overlooked by the masses. This edition will contain Miles Lecks by Carmel Christian.

We saw Lecks, which were previously specified, during his entire high school trip, which were previously stated “Leaks recently announced that he will switch to Carmel Christian for his last high school season. Before we see what he brings to the Cougars, we first have to acknowledge everything he did in Piedmont. In his three seasons with the Panthers, leaks blossomed to one of their most talented, most productive players. Outside of Cade and Hunter Tyson, he has probably been the top view of the Panthers in the past ten years. Lecks have a junior season in which he published nightly average of 20.5 ppg, 6.1 RPG, 2.7 APG and 2.1 SPG with 42/36/75 shooting columns. Although his numbers are impressive, Piedmont just didn't have enough parts to make him a legitimate playoff boost. His move to the Cougars should be helpful for all parties. The team will not only convey an intelligent, steady, katt -tested Point Guard, but also enables leaks to play in a larger spotlight. Lecks essentially do everything as a Floor General. He dictates pace, creates for others and selects his places as scorer. Lecks are more than able to generate clean looks for themselves and exert the printing pressure from all levels. He is a reliable defender at the point of attack and has a large nose for the ball. Lecks recovers his size and lets his presence be felt in the transition. Although he shows a calm, almost emotionless behavior, Leck's game speaks for himself. Exciting you to be an important goal for different types of college programs. “

After a very successful senior campaign, it is surprising that more schools have not committed themselves to leaks. This season he had an average of 10.5 ppg, 3.2 RPG, 1.5 APG and 1.4 SPG with 44/38/71 shooting columns. He is an incredibly clever, inpatient general who knows how to dictate the crime, select your places as a scorer and consistently make correct decisions with the ball in his hands. Lecks plays at speed and mixes it well as an offensive threat, but also plays within the team structure and does not want to force the action. He is a reliable defender and useful rebounder for his size/position. Lecks is undoubtedly a desirable view and would be an enrichment for a variety of schools at the next level. He is also a highly academic student and leader by being in the changing room in the changing room.
