The nail art trends of this spring are anything but mild

Clear nails – as in clear fake Nail is a trend that creeps back into the mix after his first moment in 2018. They were discovered at Mugler and Christian Cowan's spring shows 2025, and it is something that Kandalec has played around with double forms that are flexible, reusable fake-nail forms with which experts with polygel, a-hybrid acrylic and gel products can be shaped, and the forms with nail extension with polygel,, A-hybrid acrylic product.

Creating crystal -free edge nails with gel, acrylic or polygel is like AP nail art. However, it can be replicated at home with clear press emans, says Kandalec. You can decorate the clear press nails as you want. However, the key is to leave the free edge of the fake nails without a polish. To recreate the above look, paint the part of the press that covers your natural nail bed a semi-heer-pink (we love CND Vinylux Weekly Politur in expertise). “This covers all nail glue blisters,” says Kandalec. You can then apply loose parts of sequins to the free edge of the nail to get a similar effect.

Junk is probably the biggest nail art trend on Tikkok. If it has not yet been served on your side, junk nails are extreme, maximalist designs with a lot of 3D element-rhinstones, pearls, stimulus, builder gel and often a lot of hello kitty, which often remain oversized and remain on additional nail shapes (although this is not a tough requirement). And although they may not be the most practical, people are certainly fascinated by the designs, the way they are made and how people can wash their hands with them. According to Spate's Popularity Index, a proprietary algorithm that analyzes combined data from Google Search and Tiktok, the term “junk -nägel” has increased from year to year.

“The rise of junk nails, which rose last year, is a perfect example of the growing” Tchotchkefration “of beauty,” says Yardgen Horowitz, co -founder of Spate, and finds that Tikkok has become the driving force in this aesthetic shift. “From bags of magic to lipstick cases to grinding, consumers rise into small, expressive luxury substances.”

There are no rules when it comes to junk nails. Three-D applications can be used more stylistic and optimized, or you can be thrown together in the way in which remind you of a toy of a toddler. However, a little inspiration is always helpful, and you can see all the ends of the junk nail spectrum, which scrolls through the work of Yulenny Garcia, nail artist and owner of the Muñeca beauty salon in the Bronx, which creates breathtaking manicures for designer Marc Jacobs and Tikok star Ryan James. If the charms for your mood are a little too much, skip it. You can simply paint a different design for every nail to nod the maximum effect.
