The suspect in connection with murder examinations by Wagoner County arrested

14. Update: The man who was identified as a suspect in connection with the death of a missing Tulsa man in Wagoner County was arrested.

The suspect Jason Bowen was arrested on Thursday by US marshals in a hotel outside of Atlanta.

He is instructed to a local prison before being returned to Tulsa.

The public prosecutor's office of Tulsa County accuses a man from Oklahoma City of having killed a man from Tulsa, and this week has the victim's body unloaded in Wagoner County.

The US marshals and the Tulsa police are now looking for Jason Bowen, of whom they say they also burned the victim's car in the Wagoner County.

The affidavit says that the victim, Tevin Goff, called his father on Sunday evening and cried that he owed people money and someone approached him, then the call fell. Goff's body and burned vehicle were found hours later.

Records show that the victim came out of prison three months ago. The investigators say that surveillance videos in a Tulsa convenience store and licensee cameras have led them to the suspect Jason Bowen. They say that the video shows that Bowen rose in Goff's car in the shop in the shop, then it went back, but came back as they drive off the victim's car.

The investigators say that Bowen drove the victim to Wagoner County and could be seen on a trail camera that burned Goff's car. Goff's body was found in a ditch 9 miles away. The police said that another man was Bowen after Wagoner County and brought him back to Tulsa.

Records show that Bowen came out of prison less than a year ago. He has been in prison for 16 years for robberies, stolen property and drugs.
