Match Report: Chelsea 1-0 Copenhagen (3-1 in total) | Messages | Official side

Chelsea deals with the quarter-finals of the UEFA Conference League with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall's goal after the break to ensure that our progress is available to Copenhagen.

The midfielder achieved his third blues goal, everything in this competition after moving into the box and ending with serenity.

After an uneventful opening of 45 minutes in the Stamford Bridge, in which our visitors from Denmark opened an uneventless opening of 45 minutes, it made a good start to the second half.

After we had set up a two-goal lead, we looked comfortable and could have reinforced the game. The last eight expects next month.

Six changes

Enzo Maresca changed half of his outfields and the goalkeeper, with Filip Jorgensen returning between the posts a week. He received his Maiden Senior Denmark call.

In defense, Josh Acheampong, Trevoh Chalobah and Benoit Badishile with Tyrique George and Dewsbury-Hall came in the side.

For the first time, the bank included 16-year-old Reggie Walsh and the more experienced quartet of Reece James, Marc Cucurella, Cole Palmer and Christopher Nkunku.

It was a cage competition on a cool Stamford bridge. Acheampong, who played left -back, made a few early driving deep into enemy territory without reward. At 12 minutes, the youngster made an excellent block to stop Mohamed Elyounoussi's shot test Jorgensen.

The Chelsea performance was disruptive and Maresca used a break in the game in the middle half to address his players on the touchline. An outbreak from George was enthusiastic about the crowd, but to create a good chance of scoring, turned out to be as difficult as a week ago in Denmark.

A few minutes before the interval Caicedo, the possession of the property was halfway and the loose ball recovered in Pedro Neto's. He scurried and went to the ground under pressure of a white shirt, with his appeal being ignored to a punishment from the Romanian referee.

Increase the pace

In the second half, Maresca Acheampong and Enzo Fernandez replaced with Cucurella and Palmer.

Chelsea came out with new energy. Palmer immediately showed its quality with a teasing cross that Chalobah could not control on the destination, and then Sancho hit a shot gate that Diant Ramaj forced the night rescue of the night.

Our positive start in the second half was rewarded in 55 minutes. Dewsbury-Hall received a pass from Palmer and with a combination of skill and persistence, which forced itself past a variety of white shirts. With Ramaj he was one to one and confidently ended the visitor's goalkeeper. 3-1 in the unit now.

Neto danced into a shooting position of 20 meters and let Ramaj worried when we were looking for a second that would end the tie once and for all.

Nkunku entered the fight with a quarter of the game and had Ramaj in full track when he tried to smuggle the ball past him in the corner.

Over time, Neto directed the load from the edge of his box and searched for Palmer, whose shot was blocked. Neto then took place for Genesis Antwi, the 17-year-old who gave his Chelsea debut.

Copenhagen's best chance of the game came in the second minute of the interruption time, but Rodrigo Huescas blazed in front of the shed. Palmer then shot too close to Ramaj with the final meaningful campaign of a tie, in which Chelsea never hit Top Gear, but did enough to get ahead.
