OVERVIEW

A cool air mass kept the temperatures in the 40s today, together with scattered showers that run around. Some showers were heavy and/or hail. Only one or two strokes of the flash also appeared west of the cascades. The showers moved quickly, so that a lot of sunshine was beautiful between every shower.

We dry between weather systems tonight. Then a Pacific cold front flows through tomorrow evening. Expect a dry start and then a light/steady rain of the afternoon on Friday.

An organized weather system brings a gentle but solid rain all day. One last system mainly moves to the southwest alegon Sunday for a lot of rain down there. Up here in NW Oregon and SW Washington Rain should be much easier on Sunday. Handle it; We have a gray weekend with a lot of rain, but not enough for flooding in our area. In the cascades

The cascades won snow up to one foot, but only a few centimeters fall in the next 24 hours. The Saturday storm will bring a big snow strike. Another 10-18 inches falls up there and we call it a first watchful weather day.
