Saturday is a first watchful weather day with the potential for wind -driven heavy storms

Knoxville, tenn. (Wvlt) – Isolated storms before midnight, then some clear in time to check the climax of the entire lunar eclipse. Lows will be about 50. The winds are calm.

FRIDAY: Partly cloudy, windy and warm with heights from 75 to 80. The winds are 10 to 20 miles per hour southwest.

SATURDAY: The day is probably the day in rain and storms, but the main line will move until Saturday evening. The highest stands will be about 70 years old. With gusts of up to 40 miles per hour and almost 60 miles per hour with the line on Saturday evening, it will be very windy. This line will go through between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. The Tornado risk remains very low.

SUNDAY: The storms overnight should undress with sunrise, but some showers could linger through noon. Heights will only be airy conditions in the 60s.

Next week: Mostly sunny and cooler Monday with heights around 60 or so. Tuesday will be warmer with sunshine and heights near 70. Wednesday will partially cloud in the low until the mid -1970s. A short rain line is moved early Thursday morning.
