Fernandes intends the Europa League Glory with MAN UTD “Everything about results”

Bruno Fernandes says that confidence in Manchester United is being built, but knows that after the last eighth of Europe League, they are only measured on the results.

The only hope of United for silver this season is in the second stage of UEFA, in which they beat up 4-1 in Old Trafford Real Sociedad on Thursday to achieve a 5-2 overall victory.

Fernandes scored a hat trick in the hammer of the second leg, including two goals from the penalty point, before Diogo Dalot sealed her passage in the quarter -finals, where Lyon raised.

“This club is all about winning. We have to win games,” the United Captain told TNT Sports.

“We still have a long way ahead of us, but we are confident that if we concentrate on every upcoming game and have the right mentality, we can win games.

“With the result and performance, trust in football is a big deal.

“We are making very good progress, but progress is seen when we achieve results. This club is all about results.”

Mikel Oyarzabal, who went out of the penalty point in the first leg, opened the goals at the beginning of the return meeting with another stain kick after Matthijs de Ligt had been condemned to have fouled the captain of La Real.

Hojlund then turned himself upside down Dalot's late strike and relieved the growing pressure on the United striker outside of the form, which has to struggle against Ruben Amorim's side in front of the goal.

“He is a striker, strikers are all about destinations,” said Fernandes about his teammates. “For us in the changing room, we want Rasmus to achieve as many as possible.

“When the first comes, he will score more and more.”

United is now undefeated in 16 Knockout games of the Europa League in Old Trafford (W11 D5), which last lost against sporty Bilbao in March 2012.
