Kingston -Mann charged with robbery, criminal nonsense after discussion

Kingston soldiers from the Kingston state police found a 39-year-old woman who helps on March 5 at 9:39 a.m. while patrolling Smith Avenue

The investigation showed that the woman had been in her residence when a guest who was identified as Michael E. Rodriguez (42) from Connelly first left and returned to the apartment about 30 minutes later.

After his return, Rodriguez became angry and tried to take the victim's phone.

There was a physical struggle in which Rodriguez violently took the phone and later damaged the victim's laptop.

The victim fled from the residence, where police officers were.

Rodriguez fled from the scene shortly afterwards.

An arrest warrant against Rodriguez 'arrest was issued in connection with the incident.

Rodriguez turned on March 11th.

He was arrested and to damage criminal mischief due to criminal nonsense in the 3rd degree, property and robbery in the 3rd degree.

Rodriguez was charged with the Ulster County Court and referred back to Ulster County's prison.

A freight court appointment before the court of the city of Kingston is planned for March 12 at 8:30 a.m.
