The beginning of the second game brings Baton Rouge back a well -known face

Baton Rouge -The LSU -Baseball is preparing for its first SEC series against Missouri this weekend, but Road Tiger's head coach is no stranger to the Red Stick.

Missouri's head coach, Kerrick Jackson, spent time as a baseball coach of Southern from 2018 to 2020. He turned the program and made the Jaguars Swac Champions, HBCU National Champions and even a berth in the NCAA tournament.

Now Jackson is in Columbia in his second year and it is trying to do the same with the Missouri Tigers. He believes that playing number 1 in the country is no different than playing someone because he says: “You play against the game itself.”

Jackson and his tigers have cut their work this weekend against the Heimatlsu tiger, who drive 17-1 to the weekend.

The first game of the series was increased from 6:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. due to the bad weather on Friday evening.
