Alabama basketball will play in the 2025 SEC tournament Kentucky: schedule, early days and more

The first opponent of Alabama Basketball of the SEC tournament 2025 is determined. The Crimson Tide will meet Kentucky in Nashville on Friday.

The wildcats defeated 85-84 in the Bridgestone Arena on Thursday evening. Kentucky won dramatically and only disappeared to the Sooners with 5.6 seconds before Otega oweh achieved a difficult left -hander to get the victory out and break the heart of the OU.

Oweh led the wildcats with 27 points in victory. He also had five rebounds for the team leader in this category, while Andrew Carr led seven rebounds in Great Britain.

Alabama won both regular seasonal games against Great Britain. UA went to Lexington in January and scored a 102-97 victory before driving 96: 83 in February in Coleman Coliseum.

The Crimson Tide earned the SEC tournament with a double bye and is the No. 3 seed in Nashville. The wildcats are the seed No. 6 and have deserved a goodbye that opened their tournament by fighting against the Sooners that Georgia put down in the first round.

It was almost a week since Alabama took the Court. The flood ended the regular season on Saturday by defeating Auburn on a Summer Theater by Mark Sears.

Kentucky and Oklahoma played the late game on Thursday, a game that ended on Friday due to the Texas-Texas A&M game earlier a day at twice the time and slowing down the schedule.

Alabama could have one of his best young players back for the game on Friday. Derrion Reid, who missed time due to a thigh injury, was listed in the SEC availability report as questionable for the matchup on Thursday.

The Crimson Tide and Kentucky are supposed to enter into the last game on Friday. The Matchup starts around 8.30 p.m. CT, 20 minutes after the matchup has been completed at 6 p.m. Missouri-Florida.
