Jayhawks travel for a few weekend games against Houston and UCF

Lawrence, Kan. – – The Kansas Women's tennis tennis team will travel to Houston and UCF No. 17 in two Big 12 games this weekend. The Jayhawks will play CT in Houston on Friday afternoon and play UCF No. 17 on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. CT.

Kansas comes to the weekend with an 8: 6 oversam course and a 2-2 record in the conference game. The Jayhawks rose in the ranking of this week and were now in 40th place in the country. Houston comes into play with a 3-7 overall record and a 0: 4 record in conference game. UCF is 12-1 in the season and 4-0 in conference campaigns.

The Jayhawks have had a weekend on which Team No. 30 in Arizona State defeated 4-2 and lost to No. 31 Arizona 2-4.

Kansas played both Houston and UCF in Lawrence last season, where the Jayhawks Houston defeated in a 4-0 swey, but lost in a narrow 3: 4 game against UCF.
