Chef's chef of the chicken Tikka Masala Cake “Sparks debated after becoming viral

Chef Josh Elkin, known for his love for Indian cuisine, has brought a completely new level to a whole new level with his viral creation: the “The”Chicken Tikka Masala Cake. “In a video that has already been collected over 6 Lakh calls on Instagram, Elkin shared his unconventional method for dealing with leftovers and it has definitely triggered a debate online.

In the video, Elkin explains humorously that he often exaggerated his most popular Indian dishes, including chicken Tikka Masala, Biryani and Naan. Instead of simply saving the remains, Elkin combines them into a multi-layered cake a “chicken-tikka masala cake”. His creation contains layers of Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Biryani, Raita and is crowned with MInz -Yoghurt -Chutney. To end it, he adds crispy onion -Bhajis and inserted red onions (Sirke Wale Pyaaz).

While Elkin seems to enjoy his quirky culinary creation, the video has triggered a number of reactions from spectators. Some were amused, while others were of the opinion that it was culinary blasphemy. A user commented: “As Indian, it finally recognized me how Italians feel when Spaghetti is broken.” Another user joked: “You need better planning if this is the number of remains you have.”

Regardless of whether you love or loathe the idea, it is clear that this “chicken -ikka -masala cake” is a viral feeling, some questions ask whether the next big food trend is already there.
