Yonker's husband, who was sentenced to a fatal 2024 shootout

White Plains-one 19-year-old Yonkers-Mann was sentenced to manslaughter and the criminal possession of a weapon at the fatal shootout of a 51-year-old man in 2024 in front of the West Chestian County Court.

On February 26 of last year at 4:45 a.m., Ludvin Ramos-Cervantes was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Francisco Gordillo who drove him home after a evening.

When they arrived, Ramos-Cervante briefly entered the apartment and returned to the car with a pistol of the caliber 45.

Ramos-Cervantes then wrapped his arm around Gordillo and shot him in his head to kill him.

Ramos-Cervante initially claimed the police that Gordillo died through suicide and later claimed that the weapon was accidentally fired.

The conviction of homicide has a prison sentence of five to 15 years in the state prison and 15 years in prison for gun ownership. It is to be convicted in April.

“Lord. The dangerous and reprehensible behavior of Ramos-Cervantes took an innocent life and smashed a loving family,” said district lawyer Susan Cacacace. “Weapon power is too often the cause of heartache, and my office is working hand in hand with local police authorities to remove illegal weapons from the streets of western chest.”
