Denver – An emergency landing ended in flames, but everyone on board the American Airlines flight only survived a few passengers with minor injuries.
After the incident on the flight 1006 at Denver International Airport at Denver International Airport, several people had to be brought to hospitals on Thursday. Everyone had minor injuries, reported the Associated Press.
There were 172 passengers and six crew members on the flight.
The flight had decreased from Colorado Springs from Colorado Springs Airport, but was diverted when the crew said that the engine was vibrated, said the Federal Aviation Administration.
It landed around 5.15 p.m. local time.
While the Boeing 737-800 was scored, the engine caught fire.
