Father Ryan Football announces offensive and defensive coordinators

Father Ryan High School's football program is proud to announce the employees of head coach Zach Mettenberger. Pat Curran as the new offensive coordinator and Chad Brstrick, who remains in his current role as a defensive coordinator.

Curran, Father Ryan Alumnus in class 2000, steps to the Irish as an offensive coordinator of the Nolensville High School after seven seasons. During his time at the Nolensville Knights, coach Curran helped to lead the team to two semi-finals, to secure seven playoff appearances and win the 2022 championship. Trainer Curran has more than 18 years of coaching experience and is looking forward to the opportunity to honor Father Ryan's traditions while developing a strong Irish football program for the future.

Broadrick returns as a defensive coordinator for his third season. Coach Brstrick originally came to Father Ryan in 2023 after working as head coach of the heritage of the Weiße Haus, and he brings 15 years of coaching experience into the program.

At the announcement, coach Mettenberger said: “We are pleased to welcome coach Pat Curran with our employees and continue our work with coach Chad Brstrick. Your knowledge of the game paired with your understanding and respect for this historical program is made a significant contribution to driving ahead and honoring Father Ryan's inheritance. “
