Fight between military TCC and civilians: The Kharkiv police opened a criminal investigation

The police of the Kharkiv region have initiated a criminal investigation of the struggle between TCC and SP employees. This is reported by the Police Press Service, reports Unnight.

On March 14, 2025 in the city of Kharkiv, employees of the District Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP) became participants in a conflict that ended with the use of traumatic weapons. Videos circulate on social networks that show civilians' blows by TCC and SP employees without indicating the background of the conflict. The police are currently establishing all circumstances of the incident

According to preliminary information, two civilians showed aggression during the mobilization of the population and physically opposed the actions of soldiers, according to which one of the men hit a TCC employee in the face with an ankle tuster, which led to an argument.

In order to stop aggression and self -defense, the TCC and SP employee used traumatic weapons with the corresponding permission and shot several shots into the ground to prevent further escalation of the conflict

Law enforcement officers have initiated an investigation into part 4 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Ukraine Criminal Code. The investigation measures are currently underway with the participation of all participants in the incidents, witnesses and eyewitnesses.
