NCAA -Lacrosse -Woche 6: Template, action lines, opportunities and more

Five to see

#5 Army (6-0, 2-0 PL) AT Lehigh (2-4, 1-0 PL)

Sa 12 PM Edt | Regard: ESPN+ | DK: Army -5.5

To see army history: A year ago, the army had some major non -conference victories, but was excluded from the NCAA tournament after stumbling some in the Patriot League. The Black Knights know what is at stake and will be prepared to play in their toughest conference game so far.

To see Lehigh storyline: After the Mountain Hawks opened 0: 4 against a strong slate (three of the four against current top 20 teams), they won two in a row. Lehigh has an average of 35.8 shots per game for the season, but in his 13: 8 victory against Marine last weekend, the Mountain Hawks let it fly with 51 shots of season heights. What approach will you pursue against No. 1 defense of the nation?

Remarkable: Lehigh won the Patriot League tournament -and the only offer in the league for the NCAA tournament last year. The league no longer has two teams in the tournament since 2021 when Lehigh and Loyola qualified in a Covid-modified season.

#2 Princeton (4-1, 0-0 Ivy) AT #7 Cornell (4-1, 0-0 Ivy)

Sa 12 PM Edt | Regard: ESPN+ | DK: Cornell -1.5

To see Princeton Storyline: Three of the first five games from Princeton were decided by two goals or less, and the Tigers won all three of these games. The Tigers offensive was good enough to win these tight battles, but they will need one of their best achievements of the season to achieve Cornell's firepower. Senior Coulter Mackesy leads the team with 18 goals, but nobody has more than seven. Someone else has to increase, like Chad Palumbo with four goals against North Carolina.

To see Cornell Storyline: Can Cornell be recovering Mojo? The Big Red stared 5-0 in the face when an exhausted Penn State team gathered in the last three minutes of the game of four goals to finally beat Cornell with 13: 12. Does the loss cornell refude or send it from the trail? The Big Red in the country is still second in the country when he scored an offensive with 15.8 goals per game, led by Tewaaraton candidate CJ Kirst with 33 points at 59.0 percent.

Remarkable: No team wants to go to the sin in this game. Princeton denotes second place, which has converted seven of his 10 man-up opportunities this season. Cornell is not far behind and took fourth place with six out of ten changes, four of those who come from the Stock of William Firth.

#8 Duke (7-1) AT #13 Richmond (5-2)

Sa 12 PM Edt | Regard: ESPN+ |

To see Duke act: Duke has received the additions from Grad transfers in recent years-Michael Sowers and Josh Zawada will come to you in the meaning and you can add Eric Malever to the list. Born in Georgia, he had 105 points in his three healthy seasons in Maryland (he missed an injury in 2023), which was highlighted by a career high of 48 in the National Championship season of the TERPS in 2022. He is up to date to wipe out this brand and lead the Blue Devils in the gates (19), Assists (19) and points (38) after eight games. Malever was a consistent presence for Dukes with at least four points in seven of the first eight games.

Richmond storyline to see: It shouldn't have to be necessary at this time, but Richmond gets another chance to prove yourself for the doubters. The spiders did not come this year after serious loss of personnel and then went goalless in the first half and entered the last quarter with 11-2 at his season opener against Maryland. They ended this game strongly, angry Virginia and had Cornell on the ropes with a gate loss Cornell. The spiders are tested a lot for Duke.

Remarkable: Richmond has his own final transfer, defender Mitchell Dunham. Dunham is a two-time all-Maac defender of the first team and the Maac defensive player of the year in 2023 and is well defended to the spiders. The 6-foot 5, 220 pound Canadian leads the team with 12 sales caused.

#1 Maryland (6-0) AT #15 Virginia (3-3)

Sa 16 PM Edt | Regard: Accn | DK: Maryland -3.5

To see Maryland storyline: Maryland is anything but the most striking team in the country, and it could no less interest. Logan McNaney's strong game in Tor (No. 3 in the country with a percentage of 65.6) is part of the success behind the nation's No. 2 goal (7.2 goals/game). But they also win because they don't beat themselves. The TERPS clarify the ball better than any other in the country (93.5%) and celebrate the fewest sales of someone (12.67 per game). Can Virginia usually make a dent?

Virginia storyline to see: Will Matt Nunes be back in the goal for the Cavaliers? Virginia went into the season without a fixed answer who would get the job. Kyle Morris, who started the final in 2024 after Nunes had to struggle in the second half of last season, started the first five games of this season. Nunes played in his hometown Houston against Towson last week, got the nod and scored 15 parades, while he only allowed six goals in a win. Nunes, who started most of his first three seasons in Charlottesville, achieved 11 parades last year in the 11:10 victory in Virginia against Maryland.

Remarkable: They have not been in the ACC for some time, but this rivalry did not drop. Virginia ended Maryland's seasons in 2019 and 2021 on the way to two NCAA championships, and Maryland has returned the favor since then and ended the Cavaliers campaigns 2022 and 2024 at the NCAA tournament.

#6 Ohio State (7-1) AT #20 Denver (4-3)

Sun 2 p.m. EST | Regard: Midco Sports Plus | DK: Ohio State -2.5

To see the state of Ohio's storyline: The buckeyes go from hunter to hunt. Since the state of Ohio raised 19 goals in a seasonal opening against Utah, the state of Ohio was in its great matchups of the outsiders – what to win against Virginia and Notre lady. How will you deal with the pressure? The state of Ohio gives up only 6.0 goals per game during its current winning streak when Caleb Fyock plays lights in the goal.

To see denver storyline: Denver goes as his defense. The pioneers give up 14.3 goals per game in their three losses, but only 7.0 goals per game in their four wins. One of these victories was a 10: 8 victory of the same team in Utah, which started the state of Ohio. Grayson Manning came from the bank to make 16 parades in this victory. He was pulled against Yale last weekend. Malcolm Kleban scored 15 parades in a relief role in this game when the pioneers' coaching staff is looking for an answer online.

Remarkable: Shoutout into the Great Western Lacosse League, which contributed to transforming this game into rivalry. But it is a rivalry that is dominated by Denver in the last seasons. The pioneers won four in a row in series and six of the last seven. The last victory of the state of Ohio was in 2017 and the Buckeyes have not won in Denver since 2009.
