College basketball results, results: Cooper Flaggs injuries throws Wolke on the wild Thursday of the conference tournament campaign

With a selection Sunday, just a few days away, the madness is almost at the door. College basketball conference tournaments are now in full swing and most top teams in the country were in action on Thursday.

The day started with a scary moment at the ACC start of Dukes against Georgia Tech. Projected NBA Draft Pick Cooper Flagg has clogged the ankle and had to be helped in front of the square shortly before half -time. The Blue Devils recorded a nervous victory, but coach Jon Scheyer was in Flagg's status that was in the future.
