SEC competition for Elite Ole Miss Football Target, Mississippi offensive -Lineman

Laurel (Miss.) Four-star-offensive lineman Bryson Cooley remains one of the most sought-after prospects in the 2026 recruitment cycle after an impressive junior campaign.

The 6-foot 6, 285 pounder, among other things, spent offers from countless second schools such as the Ole Miss Rebels, Alabama Crimson Tide, Lsu Tigers, Florida Gators and Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Cooley has several visits to spring, where he snaps into the competitor in his recruitment, but one thing is clear that Lane Kiffin's crew works for the impressive Lineman over time.

Brian Kelly and the LSU Tigers are currently sitting on his list after the latest visits to Baton Rouge, but it has not stopped smoking smoke and the heat.

He once visited the Florida Gators this calendar year with the “Who Is Who” of College football, which remains in constant contact.

Now add Ole Miss to the long list of programs that fight Cooley's services while preparing for his senior campaign.

The rebels “follow” the LSU tigers, but it is a long way until the early signing period in December.

Small and the Ole Missstab will bring themselves back to the ferry sooner than later on Oxford if they continue to fence.

The rebels turn the heat on several 2026 destinations. Including a talented signal call that will soon be in Oxford for a visit to the campus.

Priority 2026 Quarterback to know: Gavin Sidwar

Warrington (Pa.) La Salle College four-star quarters back Gavin Sidwar remains a signal call for Lane Kiffin and the radar of Ole Miss Rebels in the 2026 recruitment cycle.

In October Sidwar moved in from a countless ban on power over Rugers with four programs that got into the mix for his services pretty quickly.

The 6-foot-2, 175 pounder has now set up three spring visits with the Ole Miss Rebels to get sidwar on the campus next week. According to On3 Sports, he will be officially on March 18 on March 18 on March 18.

The four-star quarters also set visits in Missouri [March 20] and Syracus [March 26] Where he goes to the spring camp.

Kiffin and Co. remain in the 2026 recruitment cycle in search of a signal caller, whereby Sidwar as a player is in the radar of the program.

After an outstanding junior campaign with 220 yards in 220 degrees, the native of Pennsylvania has become a sought -after goal in the recruitment scene. He also threw for 31 touchdowns a year.

Now he is one of the best rated quarterback perspectives that have so far been committed to a program as it is currently.

Sidwar has Ole Miss, Missouri, Syracuse, Ucla and Iowa among the schools that he will examine more closely before he goes public with a commitment decision.
