The tournament of 2025 BIG 12 contains a bracket of 16 teams that will be completed in Kansas City, Mon, on Tuesday, March 11th, March 15th.

Iowa State is the defending champion because the Cyclones Houston competed for their sixth title in 2024. Houston is the top seed for 2025.
